Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR)
What is TNR?
Trap-Neuter-Return is a humane and effective method to manage feral cat populations. Through this process, we trap feral cats, spay or neuter them, and return them to their original locations. TNR prevents overpopulation and improves the overall health of feral cat colonies.
Why It Matters
TNR not only reduces the number of cats entering shelters but also helps control nuisance behaviors like fighting and spraying. Feral cats are less likely to develop health problems, and the community benefits from a stabilized cat population.
